Tyvek Spray Suits are made of a material that is durable yet disposable. It resists penetration from asbestos, toxic dusts, light spray mists and most airborne particulates except for chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Tyvek is not considered to be waterproof and provides limited protection against strong splash and sprays. It is virtually unaffected by most organic or inorganic chemicals. It will hold out particulates down to 0.5 �m in size.
They are suitable for a wide variety of applications including: agriculture, food processing, fiberglass manufacturing, spray painting / finishing operations, lead abatement, asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and other applications involving dry chemicals, dirt and radioactive dust.
